It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
