Please note that this is a private apartment in a non-commercial building, which means that people are living there with their families trying to enjoy their free time out of their workplace. Therefore loud parties and heavy drinking is not permitted in the flat. Upon completing your reservation, due to local regulations we are required to verify our guests' identity by ID or passport via Guest Advisor's online platform. If guests are found to have had a party without the permission of the host, which results in extra cleaning, the guests will be responsible for paying the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the neighbors alerting disruptions, the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
