Access to our reception, rooms, and common areas is only possible via stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Private Rooms: Our private rooms feature a mix of double and single beds. Please inform us of your preferred arrangement through the booking platform, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Location: Our hostel is situated on a hill; directions on our website can help you access the hostel with less incline. Security Deposit: A credit card is required for a 200 CZK deposit per set of keys at check-in, refundable upon check-out, covering house rule adherence (quiet hours, no smoking, check-out time, and key costs) and potential damages.

The property's reception hours are from 08:00–22:00. Guests arriving outside check-in hours from 15:00–22:00 are advised to contact the property at least 48 hours in advance. A late check-in fee will apply after 22:00. Check-out is by 10:30. Self-check-out instructions will be provided during check-in. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Full payment, including taxes, is due at check-in if not paid in advance through booking.com. The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows. A credit/debit card is required for a 250 CZK deposit per set of keys at check-in, refundable upon check-out, covering house rule adherence (quiet hours, no smoking, check-out time, and key costs) and potential damages. All guests are required to complete the registration form. Special Room Requests: Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability. The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box. Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock, or you can buy/rent one from reception. Please note that minors under 18 years old are not allowed in dormitories and must book a private room with parental permission. Please fill out the form on the website under the T&C. The hostel may deny entry to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, or posing a threat to staff or guests. Pets are permitted in private rooms with prior approval from staff. Please note that the reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs with no lift access. A deposit of CZK 400 is needed per person for a group of eight or more guests.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
